Collection and Retention of Personal Information
Purpose of collection of personal information and its use
According to Personal information Protection Law (Chapter 15), Company collects personal information to respond to properly address customer request.
Collected data under personal information
Required items: First name, Last name, E-mail address, Company name
Optional items: Phone number, Work extension, Department
Expiration of Possession / Use of Personal Information
Information will be held for three (3) years from the collection date.
With the authorized request from the customer via email, phone call, fax, etc., the information shall be deleted permanently without being able to recover them. The deleted information shall be no longer available for access.
Right to disagree / Disadvantage by disallowing the collection of personal information
The customer has a right to disallow the collection of personal information. Consequently, he/she is not able to access the information on the website. It may also constraint the extent of the service offered by Company.
Additional Information
Company can use the collected information within the boundary of agreement without additional agreement. Details can be found in the website use agreement and privacy policy.
