September 23, 2013:

OE Solutions Co, Ltd., a global supplier of intelligent, high performance optoelectronic transceiver solutions for wireless and wireline optical communications, announced the introduction of CPRI(Common Public Radio Interface) compatible Cooled Single Channel (CSC) bi-directional transceiver. OE Solutions introduced its CSC transceiver earlier this year at OFC 2013. Now the newly introduced SFP supplements the usage specifically in wireless backhaul applications.

Latest CSC transceiver OE Solutions is introducing, supports data rates up to 6144.0 Mbit/s, accompanied by multi line rates under CPRI and OBSAI. It can be tailored with any CWDM wavelength range between 1270nm and 1610nm and results in flexibility for network design and capacity increase.

“Bandwidth increase in wireless networks has created a strong demand for efficient fiber optic usage. With the CSC solution, optimized for wireless backhaul applications, we offer great value to wireless customers who are experiencing accelerating bandwidth demand growth,” said John Kwak, Director of Business Development at OE Solutions.

About the OE Solutions CPRI compatible CSC transceiver
– Supports all CPRI data rates up to 6144.0 Mbit/s
– Industrial Temperature (-40 ~ +85oC) operation
– Single CWDM channel for Single link (Increases number of links 2x)
– Reduces the number of Mux/Demux required in the network
– Also works with OBSAI (Open Base Station Architecture Initiative)

OE Solutions will exhibit in booth #332 at the ECOC 2013, at the ICC London ExCel in London, UK.
