OE Solutions Co, Ltd., a global supplier of high performance optoelectronic transceiver solutions,
\nannounces of its successful initial public offering on February 27th, 2014. In connection with the
\noffering, the Company raised US $7.7M by offering 777,000 new shares through KOSDAQ (Korea
\nSecurities Dealers Automated Quotation) at 10,000 Korean won per share, equivalent to about US $10.

\nCEO at OE Solutions. \u201cI would like to thank all our shareholders, customers, partners and employees.
\nWe will further accelerate the company\u2019s growth by injecting the proceeds from this IPO towards
\nmore R&D activities as well as manufacturing expansion.\u201d<\/p>\n

Former Bell Labs engineers and former Samsung Electronics engineers founded the company in
\nSouth Korea in August 2003. After building the company\u2019s foundation, the company has grown at a
\n35% CAGR since 2008 along with increase in profitability. Revenue in 2013 totaled approximately US
\n$60M. Company supplies to the majority of the top tier network equipment manufacturers. As of
\nMarch 8th, 2014, the total market capitalization of the company was nearly US$85M.<\/p>\n

OE Solutions specializes in single-fiber transceivers that have been methodically design to withstand
\nindustrial temperature range. OE Solutions is the frontrunner in the single-fiber transceiver space
\nthat plays a key role in mobile broadband networks. In recent years the company has also emerged
\nas the leader in the intelligent transceiver market by introducing Smart SFP, an MSA form factor
\ntransceiver with integrated \u201cintelligence\u201d for various system functions in layer 2 and above.<\/p>\n
