SAN FRANCISCO, CA, March 11, 2014 \u2014 OE Solutions and AimValley are introducing TWAMP Smart SFP\u2122 Reflector for service assurance in layer 3 networks.<\/p>\n

Operations, Administration and Maintenance (OAM) tools are essential for service turn-up and Service Level Assurance in IP networks. The TWAMP Smart SFP\u2122 provides operators with these tools for monitoring and troubleshooting IP services by simply replacing a conventional SFP with a Smart SFP\u2122.<\/p>\n

TWAMP Smart SFP\u2122 provides customers with the ability to monitor and troubleshoot IP networks using standardized protocols: IP layer is monitored according to the TWAMP Light protocol as defined in RFC 5357. The TWAMP Smart SFP\u2122 delivers these OAM capabilities at the Gigabit Ethernet speed with extremely low latency while serving a wide range of optical applications interfaces for both short and long communication links.<\/p>\n
